Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, except the costs of delivery. We may make a deduction for loss in value of any goods if the loss results from unnecessary handling.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than:
Option A
14 days after we receive the goods back from you.
Option B
14 days after you provide evidence that goods have been returned.
Reimbursement will use the same payment method as your initial transaction at no extra cost to you. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or evidence of return is supplied. You must return goods within 14 days of communicating your cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods.
Warranty Exemptions & Notes
1. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage or damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
2. If the customer has damaged or misused the item(s), the warranty is immediately void. No compensation is available. Customers may contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable) — component cost and shipping fees apply.
3. All returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back. WiFi Smart Home reserves the right to refuse compensation for incomplete, unauthorized, or incorrectly returned items.
4. All returns are inspected by our technical team on arrival. If a returned item cannot be repaired, we will offer an alternative solution.
The warranty is voided if you:
- ✕ Flash the firmware of a device or root a device
- ✕ Open the body in an attempt to fix the device
- ✕ Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product
- ✕ Use the device in a way it was not originally intended for
- ✕ Continue using the item once a fault occurs and causes further damage
- ✕ Attempt to fit a product where a qualified or competent electrician is required
Special Notes
- 1 Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable, except under our 7-day guarantee.
- 2 The customer is responsible for all customs charges, duties, or tariffs during return shipping. Any such fees will be deducted from your authorized refund.
- 3 WiFi Smart Home will by default resend items via Flat Rate Shipping. A faster shipping method can be requested for an additional fee.
- 4 In cases of misuse, all repairs, accessories, and shipping fees (both ways) are fully the customer's responsibility.

Provide the item code
This is indicated on the outer packaging of the product.
Send photos or video
Clear, well-lit images or a short video clearly showing the defect(s), taken at close to medium distance.
